I remembered how some players would threw goodies off the tops of building in spawn and all us baby ducks would stand under it and try and grab some loot. Don't remember the last time anyone's done that. That's when I imagined a big hole filled with slime blocks and randomly tossed items in it, then people would jump in with cleared invatory and whatever goes in, they can keep, it could be good items or bad items, who knows it's random. Only down side is the greedy players, like if they take there turn and don't like the grab, they would stay and toss out items till they get ones they like...grate I just ruined my fun day dream thanks lol.

Sometimes, I see players who are generous enough put items in the chest at spawn. I’ve even put a whole bunch of iron and diamond gear/tools in there. Some other players like Chewy also offered some arrows and a bow. I guess that idea didn’t exactly die, lol =)

I once random tpa at spend and with a map ran some where, dug w bock's down and placed a chest and placed wings, some diamonds, my skull, a good sword and other random stuff and then covered the chest with coal blocks in the shape of an X lol that was in 2016 lol a year later someone found it and asked me about it, told them it's there's now lol the point was a treasure hunt, and that whoever found it can keep it.
I try to do fun things like that for the players, I even gave 2 free wings to random players even, cuz why not. But I don't like doing that to the ones that beg for free stuff ya know. I wish we can do fun things more often like that, for new and old players that way we can all benefit in a way.....oops I'm rambling what was I just talking about?

This reminds me of when i use to play Runescape back in the day  where there would be random drop parties. I love the idea of the treasure hunt which is not simple and cannot be found within a few hours. I would be happy to be part of a drop party E.G. Every friday at 5 p.m. theres a random party at spawn with drop items. I think this could be a cool event . |
