Business for Simplex Real Estate has been overwhelming and quite confusing to start. We received a lot of requests to build home before we were ready and we quickly lost track or ran out of time. So to streamline the process of requesting a home, viewing homes for sale, and selling a home through us I've made a discord to help organize everything. This allows people to ask questions and view houses quickly.
Other things you might want to know:
1. We are hiring builders and material suppliers! Please contact us if your interested!
2. We have done a few large scale builds since we opened! These take up huge amounts of time but are usually worth it. If you want to know what we can do you can look at the auction tower in the moon shopping district or ask someone in the discord for a tour of builds.
3. We do inside of houses too! Currently we are working on setting up an area where we can have people tour different indoor decorations we can make and install for them. We plan on featuring a different one every month in the first floor of our shop.
4. Finally, we have a pricing system for custom builds. If you want us to build you a custom house but want to know how much it'll cost now you can figure it out quick. We are currently charging 1D per 16 blocks of floor space, +.25D for floors over 5 blocks in height (if you want a room to be 6 blocks tall it'll cost more. (This does not include the roof a building)) Custom decoration cost 10D per scene or 1D per 20 blocks of floor space in houses over 20x20.
