Ban questions

Oh thank you Kitty, I am so glad to hear it is only temporary, I won’t have to kill my son before he returns to New York, lol. Sorry about all this. He recently got engaged and came with his fiancé to visit us here in the Midwest. My wife and I have six kids so as you can imagine I get side tracked frequently. Anyone who has played with me probably has noticed I’m on and off a lot. I will be on doing something, mostly killing skellies since I can do that with one hand on the mouse and the other free but I frequently get called away and return to the brown screen of you’ve been disconnected. Anyway my eldest noticed this happening last Saturday and said if I would buy this new fancy gaming laptop that he has it would help a lot. I told him AFK farms are not allowed but he assured me it was nothing like that, some sort of programmable buttons on the laptop that he said were not against the rules. He had me log in and he set it all up to show me, but before I got back to him he called upstairs to tell me my account had been banned. At the time I could not get into it but we have since had words. Anyone who knows me on Simplex knows I do not steal or cheat, I have even returned diamonds to someone who over payed at my shop. I had never heard of auto click before but have since googled it and had no idea it was such an issue in the community. Anyway long story short, my son said yes what he setup on his laptop would be one of those auto clicker things and so I am guilty. I sincerely apologize for breaking the rules and for any inconvenience, I look forward to seeing you all in a week.
