An X-Ray Ban Mistake: trixeeKP3

Hello, I am trixeeKP3 in game and I was banned for X-Raying? This confuses me because I wasn't, I am a new player and I just learned how to add a texture pack to my game since my computer doesn't hold that many things on it. I believe this was a mistake because I had the texture pack "SenseCraft" for 1.12 applied and that was the only one active. As I was mining I was having trouble mining so I googled an article that gave tips on how to find diamonds faster. I took a few of this tips which included mining a strip mine at level 11 and poking random holes in the wall. Another one of the tips was to follow the trace of other ores because most likely, diamond, gold, or iron may spawn near. I, following this tip started to mine more and this tactic worked. I followed many long veins of coal, iron, sometimes gold and found many diamonds. After a while I decided to go somewhere else, that is when I remembered that somewhere in the ocean I remember my chunk not loading in and I was able to see a ravine. I didn't know exactly where it was so I dug randomly and found more diamond following the tips. It got to a point where the game told me to "Slow Down!" This is where I waited for a bit, but I still couldn't grab the diamonds that I had uncovered. This is when I asked if another player could mine them for me, they agreed and I got the diamonds. After this I returned to my home and left the game. I would hope that the staff would understand the mistake and unban me. I enjoy the Simplex server a lot and would like to play more.
