Dear staff team,
I would like to start off by saying, I am completely Neutral nothing is intended to harm your feelings.
Kitty:
Kitty, one of the things I really respect about you is that you understand the rules and give fairly reasonable punishment (most of the time).
But, from a standpoint, you get angry at a lot of people and then silence them. Don't get me wrong sometimes you need to silence them, but with certain situations kitty, you get very upset and then you refuse to speak to them. And sometimes, it gets to the point where harsh words are thrown around that shouldn't be said. One way to fix this, is just silence them before you say anything harsh. Or, keep a calm temper and go about it like you are talking face to face with another person, respectful and listening to each side.
Veesters:
Vee connected with people in voice chat all the time, always offered a helping hand, and wasn't afraid to voice her opinions on the state of something. The only downside of Vee, is that right now she is inactive, which is a shame, but personal issues always come over issues in a video game. The mods could use help, so they don't have to keep getting on the server for stupid arguments.
Veil:
I feel like you just needed to be more open towards everyone. I remember when you were still just the veteran rank, you used to talk to everyone with care and never was afraid to be open.
Just be more open
Ken:
Ken to start off, one of things I admire about you, is that you connect with a lot of people on the server. And you're never afraid to help.
The problem is with this Ken, you lose your temper sometimes, you offer an olive branch and sometimes it comes back to bite you in the butt. There are some incidents where this has happened and the child involved never feels well afterwards.
To fix this problem, just keep your temper cool. I know its not a great fix, but in discord if they are private messaging you, just block them. And you have the power to mute/kick in the server and in discord. But only if it gets to the extreme and after you tell them to stop of course.
Paris:
Paris, it's been such a long time since I have honestly seen you.
One of the great things about you Paris, was that you never seemed down in the dumps. And you always tried to help in any way you could. It's a shame you don't come on as much.
Snurre:
You sir, are a pretty cool guy. I've never seen you honestly get really mad at people.
You like to take a lot of things seriously, but sometimes when people are joking around you tend to miss that.
Just be more open minded.
And towards the "bad" players.
You guys really need to shape up. Not all of us are bad players though as we are thought to be.
The people who were spamming the discord link, deserved their punishment fully. As a group I personally apologize for what that person did, and I take full blame, even if it wasn't my fault.
The people who were swearing offensively on the server, deserved their punishment fully.
The way the "other group" acted was very sad and disgraceful, but a lot of people in this "other group" who were good and would never break any of the rules don't deserve to be treated wrong.
