Anyone here like Anime? Lets talk about it then! What's your favorite? What site do you go to watch? What's your recommendations?

I just finished watching Plastic Memories a little while ago, and if i do say so myself, it was by far the most saddest Anime I have ever watched (and I totally watched Your Lie in April) So if you feel the need to crush your soul I suggest this one. I'd say this has become my new favorite.

Kissanime is a good site.

My husband made me watch one punch man because its one of his favorites.
I stumbled across golden boy recently and I LOVED it. I wouldn't recommend it to the younger crowd but its hilariously inappropriate.This is very educational.

I don't stream anime. I get my stuff from horriblesubs.info (which rip stuff from streaming services such as Crunchyroll). Their 1080p releases are upscaled, but the extra bitrate over 720p is noticable. Otherwise nyaa.se if the show isn't simulcasted or otherwise released by horriblesubs. I also use SVP (smooth video project) 3.1.6 for 60 fps through frame interpolation, because screw 24 fps scene panning.

The monogatari series, which goes as following; Bakemonogatari, Nisemonogatari, Nekomonogatari, Monogatari Series Second Season, Hanamonogatari, Tsukimonogatari. Pretty captivating stuff.

Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann. You don't know the meaning of epic untill you've watched this in its entirety.

Hellsing Ultimate. Don't expect some moe moe kyun kyun stuff though.

Haikyuu!!. Volleyball anime that's surprisingly good (unlike Kuroko no Basuke).

JoJo no Kimyou na Bouken. First 2 seasons only here, it gets pretty meh the seasons after that.

Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood.

Anohana (a.k.a Ano Hi Mita Hana no Namae wo Bokutachi wa Mada Shiranai.). The feels.

Guilty crown. Because good music.

Kill la Kill. No comment.

Nanatsu no Taizai.

Boku dake ga Inai Machi (a.k.a ERASED). Watch this in one go. It's great.

I loved 'Overlord' but of course thought it was too short. I hear another season is on its way so YAE. and 'Re:Zero kara Hajimeru Isekai Seikatsu' is the ongoing series that I am checking back with every Sunday for new episodes (plus it has an awesome name). Team Rem ftw.

As for my favorite.. 'Batman the animated series'. Its not Japanese, but technically its animated, which is japans definition of anime. Plus, its the origin of Harley Quinn, so you gotta love that. It is old however.
'Parasyte' is pretty near the top of my list too, and is good at bringing out the feels.

Don't you just hate how many awesome anime's there are out there that only get one season?

If bananas have potassium, then do potatoes have banassium?
