As someone who has only played on the Simplex server for less than two months (Journeyman rank) I've found it difficult to find any community areas/settlements that I could join. I was wondering if someone would be able to make a small book or record of some settlements that are open for others to join and make include the claim owner so people know who to go to with questions? I think it would help bring people together more on the server.

Thins is with towns is they always die. Players come and they go. A lot of players establish their own base by themselves. Think of the whole server as one big town. Or you could ask in game if there are any towns you could join. Best time to ask is on the weekend when the server is full of lots of people. There is the explorers guild who do mark down where builds are on the server (as they explore) There is a thread on that in the general section.
