I would like to launch a formal complaint and seeing as I’m muted and only one admin (who’s a bugger) is online I thought I’d post it here. I recently got told that my friend (sluggie909) used X-ray while mining with me to get diamonds. I call bs on most of that but I digress. We put his and my diamonds together (I mined 27) and sold the 61 total to someone for a conduit block. My recently acquired diamonds and tools were taken by before mentioned admin. I would like to see my diamonds returned to me with my tools. I’ll let you take the conduit if you want (give me back my 27 diamonds, destroy his 34 if you do this). But this was not my fault and I shouldn’t be being slammed for this!! Any further questions please ask

Disclaimer: I am not an admin, merely a fellow member of simplex.
Personally I can understand why you would be upset if this were the case. However, ultimate authority to decide these things goes to the group of admins as a whole and going on the forums insulting an admin and making demands does not give them any incentive to return your items. You would have been better off to write a decently worded complaint and ask politely. Whether you respect them or not personally the fact of the matter is that they are in charge and this type of behavior is not going to help your case.

pwg04, you may want to delete this and make a post in ban appeals as that's where people generally defend themselves and is more likely to be seen by staff. I would do this quickly before staff moves this thread because you are much more likely to get a positive response if you word it to be nicer. I understand it's frustrating but don't take it out on staff because they misunderstood (if true).

Hello there, I'm the bugger admin of Simplex.
I will not discuss Sluggie909's ban and proof here. He already made his own appeal, and I will get to that one in a few minutes.
I just want to inform you that he already admitted to having used xray, so when you call bullshit and tell me ingame that he would never do that, well.. now you know.
Since you wouldn't straight up answer me where the 61 diamonds had gone, when I asked you ingame, I took what I could find that was made out of diamonds, to compensate for that, as I didn't want to spend my whole afternoon on this. Though I didn't even find stuff worth 61 diamonds.
Since I now have learned that you bought a conduit for that, I have replaced your conduit with 27 diamonds in the chest in your under water base.
Btw, it never helps to call ppl names.

Thx SnuRRe, sorry I was in a bit of an uncalled for anger, thank you for the diamonds back. Really appreciate the time you guys put into keeping the server hack free. At the time I didn’t know he admitted to it sorry.
