For some reason I had to re-download minecraft onto my computer and when I add simplex to my server list it won't work. I'm using the ip simplexmc.com and nothing is happening. Its in a state of constant loading. Other servers do work, however. Anyone know what I can do.

Same for me, topg shows that it's online though. I put it in the shoutbox, is it the same error?

Make sure you're on 1.13.2. If you are on the right version and it still won't let you connect, try using a proxy or a vpn (such as hotspot shield) because it might be a connection issue. I've had something similar and using hotspot shield helped. Good luck!

Mine just ended up fixing itself after about 24h of the issue. Thank you raph, I'll try that ip if this happens again.
