Hello everyone. I'm seeking the community's help to make some characters for my turn based strategy game on Simplex: Rivalry of Warlords. Since I made characters more customizable than before the amount of possibilities have expanded beyond something that I don't want to create alone or using online generators (like for names and places.)
My old roster of characters used keywords to determine where stats were distributed which resulted in 20 characters. I'm aiming to have the same or more amount of characters before I start playtesting Rivalry of Warlords with the new character roster and updated version of the game. I did my best to allow anyone to create a character even if they never played Rivalry of Warlords before but if you do have a question, especially about an ability do ask about it and I'll give my answer. Everything below is enough to get your started, Good luck!

Character name: First name only, no gender neutral names like Blake. Must be easy to say so no tongue twisting or long names.
Briefing: Assign a 4, 3, 2, and 1 in each of the four stats. Below are descriptions of what each stat does to help you choose.
REINFORCE: Essentially health/life points that the character gains each turn.
SPEED: How many spaces the character can move up to each turn.
ATTACK: This value is a bonus for When battling other characters. The bonus is added to a die roll and the total is used against the other characters attack to determine if you deal damage or not.
DAMAGE: When you win an attack against another character your opponent loses units equal to this value.
HOMELAND: What area did this character come from? Good Examples Homelands, Witchlight Marsh, Chillwind Plains, Sunshine Meadow, Stormcoast, Crankshaft Bay, Volcanis, Spell Peaks, Riverbend, Isles of Deep Regret, Echoing Caverns, Bogmire, Dire Woods, Valley of Shadow
ABILITY: This is a situational bonus gained when you control the homeland of this character.
Quick note on the list below. When choosing an ability if there is a / symbol you choose one of the options and delete the rest. Example below.
BEFORE - Ability: This character gains +3 Attack/Damage when battling against enemy characters that have Attack/Damage/Reinforce/Speed as their highest/lowest stat.
AFTER - Ability: This character gains +3 ATTACK when battling against enemy characters that have SPEED as their LOWEST stat.

1 - Passive Ability - This character gains +3 Attack/Damage when battling against enemy characters that share the same original highest stat as it.

8 - Activatable Ability - Activate this ability before this character moves. This character gains +1 attack/damage in its next battle this turn for each other character you control that's in the same territory as this character.
9 - Activatable Ability - Activate this ability on your turn only. This character gains 1 unit for each other character you control that's in the same territory as this character.
10 - Activatable Ability - Activate this ability during a battle once per round. After both players have rolled their attacks you may sacrifice 2 units and reroll your attack.
11 - Passive Ability This character gains gains +3 Attack/Damage when battling against enemy warlords
12 - Passive Ability This character gains gains +1 Attack/Damage when battling against enemy officers
