Hello everyone, my name is Paige and I'm new to Simplex. My old friend Bailey used to be a regular on this server, but she's been very distant lately and doesn't have plans on coming back. She did say that she wanted someone to check on the world she had made so she wanted someone to take her account. I told her I wanted to play Minecraft lately but I never actually had an account. She let me have hers and told me about this great server called Simplex so I decided to make a forum post to get used to the community before I joined. It worked great for me! She mentioned a few bad apples (who will go unnamed) but I'm optimistic and friendly so I'm sure everyone is really nice!
If there are any special rules for this, or any important things to note, that would be really great. I just want to enjoy Minecraft multiplayer and help an old friend preserve her work. Can't wait to play!

Welcome! Mostly the secret rule 0 would be "don't be a jerk" but most of that is covered in the regular rules. Glad you have decided to join and look forwards seeing you on the server. If you need any help don't be afraid to ask anyone in chat, we're mostly a very friendly community and always someone who is willing to lend a hand.  |

Yeah, I want to try doing stuff on my own, but it is good to have helpers and superiors with making sure I don't mess up haha. I usually tend to prefer playing on my own but I figured community is good. It's been like since 2012 since I played Minecraft on like iPad so chances are that I'm going to be clueless hahaha. Especially with multiplayer rewards and stuff. Bailey said she had a massive underwater base to use so I guess I have like no worries in gathering resources haha. |

Uhm.. not to destroy your hopes here, but Simplex actually reset the whole map in July this year, for the first time since the start(in April 2016).
So if your friend didnt see that during several months of discussions and polls during Spring, then most of the stuff is gone(You could pack inventory and ender chest to transfer over some stuff).

Oh I see. Well, I can let her know that but I doubt she cares though. More importantly, I can start fresh without her stuff which will make my experience better. I'd love to find a nice neighbourhood to live nearby other players if possible. I can make new friends here too! |
