I hello Simplexians,
I am righting this as a apology for my actions in the past which I am fully responsible for. I mined a unclaimed beacon along with 9 iron blocks, which I served the time for. I hope everyone can forgive me and allow me to start a new more honest chapter in this server. As a time reference I mined the beacon on my third day served just under 3 days in jail and got out on teh end of my fifth day, now today on my 6th day, which I unlock the SD, I realized my decision in the past can affect my results in the future. Once again, I apologize.

Thanks for taking the time to write a shopping district ban appeal. Your apology is much appreciated, and I am pleased to hear that you want to become a honest, trustworthy player on this server.
As you might know, you were jailed on the 25th of November (just 4 days ago) for griefing a player’s unclaimed beacon and iron blocks. Theft or grief of any kind are not tolerated on this server - as stated clearly in the rules at spawn. Theft, regardless of whether it takes place in the shopping district or somewhere else, will result in a shopping district ban.
I’ll tell you why:
The shopping district (SD) functions on a trust-based system. In the SD, players take a specified amount of items and replace them with diamonds. Only players who have gained the trust of server staff and shop-owners are granted access to this area. Due to your actions, you have violated this trust. If you have the urge to steal an unclaimed beacon in the wild, staff simply cannot trust you to have access to the highly valuable items (e.g. beacons, elytras, tridents, just to name a few) in the SD. It does not matter whether your theft occurred at Novice rank or Master rank, or whether your theft occurred before or after you had access to the SD. You have broken this trust.
Typically, shopping district bans last for a period of 6 months, after which players can appeal. It is far too early to appeal at this point. Please wait until 6 months have passed since your incident (May 25th). If no other violations of the rules have occurred, you can write another appeal which will likely be accepted. For now, you will remain banned from the shopping district.

I'd just like to say that Evan_Q has been a very nice player after his/her jail. They warned me about a certain player being quite irritative, and seemed kind. I'm not saying their SD ban should be removed, I'm just saying that they've been a good Simplexian. Aqua might also remember that Evan_Q actually checked with other players (Aqua, a staff member, as the initial player) before making a purchase at the nether shop Nuri Co. He/She asked how he was supposed to pay, and we told him/her that it was a simple matter of replacing the items with the required amount of diamonds.

Hello, It has been 6 and a half ish months since my initial Sd ban I haven't caused any trouble or any theft during this period and was hoping this appeal could be accepted.

Just to add I think I was jailed for the punishment by Elena7 or aqua I wasn't sure if that information was needed
