Jail Appeal

Hello _Unknown_1,

Thanks for taking the time to write a jail appeal. On February 13th, you were jailed for 3 days for:
(1) reverse shopping at my nether shop
(2) theft from Miloajd's nether shop

I have attached logblock and picture evidence of both to this forum post.

To make it loud and clear: reverse shopping and theft are NOT allowed on this server. I'll give you an analogy to explain what reverse shopping is, in case you are still confused.

    Imagine you go to a grocery store and buy a chocolate bar. You leave the store, and then you change your mind - you want a bag of chips instead. So you return to the store and replace the
    chocolate bar you took a bite out of and take a bag of chips instead without asking for permission.

The line of logic is similar to this case. You took one type of trident at my shop and replaced it with another type of trident you had. You left the store, and 1 hour later you replaced my trident (which was used and had lower durability) and took your trident back. You should have asked me via /mail if you were allowed to do so. On top of that, you should have mended the trident. Even if there's a 5 minute difference between the time you bought an item from a shop and the time you want to return the item or take another version of it, you ALWAYS have to contact the shop-owner to get their permission.

In terms of theft: you stole 46 white-stained glass panes from Miloajd's nether shop. There are many signs around the nether district (even the area where you spawn) that inform you that theft is not allowed. Even the first rule of the server is: "No griefing or stealing". I suggest you re-read the rules of the server.

Currently I'm not looking at reducing your jail sentence. I believe 3 days for theft and reverse shopping is a more than reasonable punishment.
