Hello RingRang01, Thank you for writing a jail appeal. You were jailed for 7 days for taking 6 enchanted diamond shovels out of Phantom223's shulker box and failing to return them. I have attached logblock evidence of this to this forum post. I have a difficult time believing your story that you simply forgot to return the diamond shovels. I'll tell you why: ‣ The shovels were not in your inventory or ender chest (that's the first place I checked). They were actually stored in different chests at your base. You deliberately put them there. Wouldn't you have realized that you had to return them at that point? ‣ If you were doing a job for Phantom223 at their base, then the shovels would be in your inventory and you would return them immediately after completing the task. If the shovels were still in your inventory; I would understand. Life happens and sometimes you have to log off in the middle of doing something online. For these reasons I don't buy your story. Theft is against the rules and is taken very seriously on this server. What you did is still theft. A player trusted you to take several tools, use them for a project at their base, and return them. You did not live up to that expectation. Not only did you violate Phantom223's trust, but you also violated the trust of server staff. As a result, you are also banned from the SD (shopping district). I'm not convinced of your story, meaning your jail time still stands for 7 days. Feel free to reply with an explanation that accounts for why the shovels were in the chests at your base. - AquariusBlue Attachments:
