Punishment and Duration: Banned from Discord and Server
Reason: Conflicts with players and staff
Hello simplex staff and players,
It's been about 15 months since my discord and server ban and I figured it was time that I made an actual appeal.
Starting off, I'd like to say I'm sorry for having been an unpleasant player in the past. I'd like to apologize to crafty, dan, choo, and any other players I've had beef with in the past. I'd also like to apologize personally to Kitty for how I handled the ban, singled her out, and came after her for it.
When I was first banned, I didn't agree with the reason and I thought it was incredibly unfair which is why I made those threats. Looking back, I didn't handle that situation well at all. I should never have threatened a staff member, or anyone for that matter. I'm deeply sorry for doing so. These past 15 months have given me a lot of much needed time to reflect on my past experiences with players, and has also given me time to mature and grow as a person.
If given another chance to play the server, I'll follow all of the rules - not just the ones that I want to. That means that I won't be threatening, blackmailing, or bullying any other players.
I know this appeal doesn't change what I've done in the past, but I really hope that I'm allowed a fair chance to prove that I have changed and am now mature enough to play here. I'm really looking forward to hopefully being able to play the new map again with all of my old friends, and I'm hoping to make some new ones, too!
