So a player who has the username _Kellyyy_ has been muted, and I've been communicating with them through signs and apparently they were sign-communicating to
Phleanix (H+ Staff) who left before they typed down the sign stating that they have ADHD and Tourette's. I've tried to convince them to make an appeal but apparently
their parents won't allow it, and we've been waiting for a staff member to log on Simplex but none of us have seen one yet. So I made this.
I'm just wondering if they could be unmuted because of mental illness, or if they need to provide proof of some sort. I'm also wondering if a special "in-game appeal"
(sign-communication) could be made if a staff was online because they're not allowed to appeal on the forums, as I know that staff usually don't allow players to appeal for other players.
