Reason: not chopping trees all the way down in /warp farm

Hi!
My apologies for not breaking the trees down all the way.
If I am not mistaken I was cutting down spruce and jungle trees and used scaffolding to reach all the way to the top.
There was still a dense amount of leaves intact before I left and I thought they would disappear. The density of the leaves then made it more difficult to see that it had not been completely cut down all the way from the top. If I recall, I also left when it was dark and possibly did not see the tree/trees not completely cut down.
I had my pets with me at the time and may have been distracted by them appearing in the tree with me and chopping carefully not to hit them.
Once again, sorry for the breach of the rules, it was not my intention to disrespect them at all.
