I greatly apologize for stealing 1 netherite and 5 diamonds and I have realized that If I were to do it again I would get banned for a very long time, I truly am sorry and I hope you will spare me from any more time in this jail. and if you were to let me out I will not steal anymore. I realize that what I did was wrong and I hope you will let me off with a warning. and I know that you think that I stole the armour which I understand you might assume, but if you let me out you can keep my stuff. the stuff that I had that I did not steal were diamond armour..Maxed out diamond sword.. Just before you put me in jail a shop owner gave me a maxed out diamond sword because I was looking for one to use an the enderman farm to combined the bows that I had but those are gone too, and my two diamond pickaxes.. and I understand if you cant take me out of jail. I apologies for the diamonds and netherite sincerely -MC200021

Thank you for writing your appeal. I believe that you are at least partially sincere now, although you certainly were not earlier today when you first got jailed, and apparently believed that you could bluff or lie your way out of it.
I told you at the time that LogBlock had recorded your misdoings. There is a record of you taking valuables from chests all over Rassi's shop and others. You put most of the items back after taking them, although this happened so consistently -- kind of "Hokey Pokey" with stolen goods -- that I have to assume it was an attempt to hide the tracks of the items you kept and did not put back.
One item in particular was a Netherite ingot, which you gave to Wolfmarineson via the public chests at spawn. They, in turn, gave you lots of gear, food, and so forth. They immediately took the Netherite ingot home to their base and stored it there.
You mentioned none of this.
This bears all the appearance of theft, and accessory to your theft -- Wolfmarineson giving you gear in exchange for the Netherite ingot which you stole. As such, Wolfmarineson is also jailed, and the Netherite ingot in question has also been removed.
Your appeal is denied. You may play again in 7 days time. If you go down this path a second time after this warning, you will be escalated to a ban. I hope that isn't necessary, and you either find another server to play on where anarchy is OK; or you choose to stay and play by the rules of Simplex. Either way, I wish you well.
