Punishment and Duration: Ban for 3 days
Reason: theft and claiming other player's unclaimed house
Appeal: I apologise to staffs in simplex and the player JoeKnight and I swear that I will not do the same thing ever again, I really enjoy staying in the server and making new friends. Also, I will admit that I have used X-ray to find to lava pools and emeralds before, this wasn't found out by anyone and I hope I can still enjoy playing this server while I have broke a few rules, Im sorry for all of that and I swear I will never do that again.

Thanks for taking the time to write an appeal. You were temp-banned for 3 days and banned from /warp shop for:
1. Claiming JoeKnight16's unclaimed base, and using it as your own home WITHOUT their permission
2. Stealing items from unclaimed chests at JoeKnight16's unclaimed base
A simple rule on this server is "if it isn't yours, don't touch it". Claiming another player's base is clearly against this rule. It does not matter how inactive that player is; you did not build it, contribute to it, or even ask their permission to live there, let alone claim part of it.
On top of that, you stole several items from JoeKnight16's unclaimed chests. If you took the time to read the rules, you would know that theft is also against the rules.
I have doubts that you are truly sorry for doing this. To be honest, I think you are only sorry that you got caught. Earlier, you were bragging in private message to your friend (realLavaKoala) that you "stole [the base] from someone" since "the owner forgot to claim this part".
I now see you used x-ray cheats as well. You haven't broken just a "few" rules, you have broken many of them. As, I am increasing the duration of the temp-ban to 7 days. Your home at JoeKnight16's base will be removed, and any items from the theft/x-ray have been removed from your inventory and ender chest.
I hope you are sincere in changing your behavior on Simplex. Please play by the rules from now on. Next time breaking server rules will result in a permanent ban.

Thank you, I know I have done wrong and will accept all punishments, and pls do not remove any of my own stuff if you discovered in the log, also I wanna ask if the mod "brighter ores" allowed in the smp , that mod is for making ores brighter in a dark place. Thx, enjoy your day!
