Punishment and Duration: Ban (Permanent)
Reason: Trolling/Harassing Staff and Members
Appeal: Alright, I know that my appeal a couple months ago was a fiasco of sorts. I had lost my cool and went completely out of line. I would like to start by personally apologizing to java on my behalf; I did not mean to go as far as I did when I had said, "Your facts are as straight as your personality." This applies both to my appeal and for my actual reason for being banned. I also had no reason to be so rude to Java, seeing as they were on my side during a previous argument with Peripho. They had helped me reclaim some of my items and get out of the "divorce" as I had jokingly called it. Secondly, I'd like to apologize about my behavior on the day that I was banned. I originally was only going to be muted for a year, but I had unfortunately escalated things further by swearing my revenge after my mute was over. (This was done via. a sign. [Which I had already known was going to be seen by staff due to a previous conversation with Java]) I regret my actions on that day completely and I just wish to be given an answer on when and if I will be making my come back to Simplex at any point in the future. I don't expect it to be any time within the next few months, but if I could get a check on when I can apply for a unban/if I can be unbanned at all.
