It is time, Summer Events 2024 has officially began! Check out the area we'll be in this year @/warp event1 and check out the boards around the hub for info on all of our events this year! Now it is time for the main building event...
Theme: Fill the Gap!
Wait what does that mean? Well first let me get straight to it, for this build comp there is no theme! You can build whatever you want! From a suburban house to a rollercoaster to a friendly sea animal; anything goes! There is just ooonnneee small catch however. These plots are made up of not one, not two, but three subclaims. I'm a bit too lazy to trust you to each of these 3 subclaims so instead I will just trust you to the outer 2 subclaims and in a few weeks I will trust you to the middle subclaim! I just hope I remember to trust you to the right subclaim...
(Future Chio here: haha nope choo here is going to completely forget which plot is yours and instead trust you to a random players plot).
Anyways once you get trusted to this 3rd subclaim you will have to "fill the gap". You won't be able to edit the 1st two subclaims when you gain access to your 3rd subclaim however so be sure you finish your build before I untrust you!
TLDR: Build a build with a gap in the middle. The gap can be natural looking or be a sharp cut off. After 3 weeks, you will have to fill in the gap that another player created.
Build Time:
Gap Building: June 10th - June 28th
Gap Filling: June 29th - July 12th.
Voting:
July 15th - July 21st.
Prizes:
Mending + Inf Bow, 32 Diamond Blocks, 16 Diamond Blocks, 1 Netherite Block, 1 Elytra Box, 1 Map Art Voucher, 6 Beacon Setup, 3 Netherite Tools, Mining shulker with 8 diamond picks, 4 diamond shovels, and a ton torches.
Everyone who does both parts of this build comp will receive a prize!
