Something makes me abstain on this vote. I have no idea what it is, I really don't. It's an important decision to think about, either it's 'Yes' or 'No'. I'm trying about to think what wrong about you, or the application, but I cannot seem to find a reason. However, I'm abstaining anyways.
If I'd have to guess I'd say it might be because I tend to keep my distance and have a rather unplayful personality. i call bull on that veil. anyone that can keep up with me and my banters are "playful" and as for distance from others? yes...yes you do lol but with some pestering and threats of hitting you with a fish lol youll show up at some point. to be honest i dont understand what helpers do lmao, i mean yes they help us but, what do they have that others cant do? i help others. i even gave end city diamond gear to a starter for free...answer questions when im asked...give away free stuff to thoughs i feel need it (like to thoughs that die and need a restart). isent that what a helper is? i mean you do the same things (minus the giving free stuff away that is lol) so what is it that you need to be a helper? the H? fyi i so got distracted and i think off topic lol. i voted yes cuz i already thought you were a helper just without the H at the end of your name....*sings* do you wan to build a snowman? it dosent have to be a snowman?...ok ill go away now lmao |

Your posts are as hard as ever to read. lol Anyway, as explained in Meehan's "read before posting" thread, they essentially moderate chat and have access to /mute /kick and /jail. Yes, being helpful in itself is cool, but that does not mean you can effectively moderate. You can attempt to, but at the end of the day if someone's out to cause trouble there is nothing you can do about it without access to moderation commands. |

I have no problems with you being a helper - i'll vote for you once you make some sort of pledge stating you will not in the future add anyone to your ignore list, and to remove any that are on your ignore lists now.
Other then that I look forward to your moderation skills and think you more then anything try and use civility first and fore-most.

I actually already removed everyone from my ignorelist before making this application. And whether or not I add anyone to it again really depends on whether or not I can. Having someone ignored while being a moderator (/helper) isn't a great idea after all. Not pledging anything here.

Should Veil be a helper?
Short answer: Yes!
Long answer:
When I started on the server, i first thought Veil was kind of weird, but as time passed i realized that his weird way of doing things is what i like about him. He is the only person (other than kitty) that i talk to in PM on a daily basis. When I was having a rough day a few days ago, he was the first to message and see if i was doing okay. For those of you on a border line answer, i want you to think about this following situation. Veil is on everyday (or close to it) and while he is on he is always trying to do stuff with the chat. He takes part in the discussions that arise and he tries to keep people in line (which i sometimes don't see the staff do).
If I had to describe Veil, I'd say he is a hard working, dedicated man. He says all the time he isn't a people person, but from my observations, that is false. He talks to me all the time!
Veil, Basically what I'm trying to say is. I trust you more than I trust most staff, which means a lot coming from a guy that doesn't trust anyone. You are a great person on the server, you help out even when you are not required to. My vote is, and always will be Yes!
Hope to see the [H] next to your name soon. Good luck mate <3
