Ok maybe someone here can help me with this. Recently I began purchasing parts to build a new gaming pc. I purchased a ASRock K4 Gaming Motherboard and Ryzen 5 1600x cpu. I've tried 3 different 8gb DDR4 Ram sticks all which are supported. I have an older 500W PSU. I've grounded myself every time so I know it isn't because of static. When ever I turn it on it run for 30 seconds and then restarts. No image is put out. Nothing. I just don't know what's wrong I've tried everything. Please if anyone can help me. Thanks.

On PC part picker, it says your motherboard and cpu are not compatible.

I recommend you going to the AMD reddit and ask the same question, they may help you better. From my understanding, since AM4 is new, the motherboards need to reset a couple of times to set all in order, so that may be it. Second, check if your cooler is well attached, i saw you have a 1600x, that ones comes without a cooler, so whatever cooler you are using atm be double sure is making good contact between the cooler and the cpu. Like i said, heres the amd reddit link, ask there as well, good luck mate i hope your PC works soon as intended: www.reddit.com/r/Amd/new/

Lol I doubt he wouldn't have noticed his cpu not fitting in the socket....
Anyway, kinda need more details. This is very vague. You described the symptoms briefly but without any details and didn't list what you have tried. Also, with 'restarts' do you mean it going into an endless reboot loop or just it shutting down? Any boot error sounds? (Attach the tiny speaker to your motherboard if you got one of those and check the manual for boot errors).
Some easily overlooked things to check: Are you sure your connected all power cables both on your power supply's end and the motherboards end? 24 pin & 8 pin in your case, also your GPU's power cables. Same goes for your GPU. Check and reseat all connections, basically. Did you plug your monitor into the correct port? Meaning not the one from your motherboard if you're using a graphics card.
Disconnect everything that isn't needed for it to boot and try again to see if it's still in a boot loop? Meaning just power cables & cpu (and ram). Try a different PSU if you have one you can use?

Thanks for the feedback and I have the AB350 Which has a AM4 socket plus I bought them in combo. I forgot to add the AB350. I'm a little off and have been searching soooo long for a fix. It went into an endless reboot loop. Also I have an EVO led master cooler which supports AM4 socket CPU's (kinda its a really cheap mod they added so they could put AM4 on the box) I have crucial UDIMM DDR4 RAM 2133 Mhz CT8G4DFS8213. I have an NVidia Zotac GT 730 and a generic WIFI Card which i have disconnected while testing. I have it on my test bench Currently and cannot find out what the problem is. I'm afraid my CPU is trash but it wouldnt make sense seeming as it is brand new and no pin have been bent

Also I've been using onboard graphics to test.

Endless reboot loop...does it POST or it just shows a balckscreen and keeps reboting? or it does show some info? like the mobo brand and such?
Did you clear CMOS? while is a new pc it doesnt hurt doing so.
What about the PSU? do you have another PSU you can plug in your system and test it to see if the system loads?
If all fails at the end, well, you may need to RMA the parts...maybe its the Mobo, but we cant be sure about that
Edit: You cant use onboard graphics because Ryzen cpus and mobos dont have integrated graphics, so you need a dedicated gpu to try video output
Edit 2: you said "older 500W psu"...hmmm, like i said above, try to use another PSU to test the system

Ok the problem above is right. I plugged it into the graphics card after taking out the mobo and firmly securing the RAM. I wasn't able to firmly push in the RAM because the mobo bent a lot and made me nervous. Taking it out though i pushed it in no prob and started using graphics card. The BIOS loaded but the first time it shut off randomly and made a popping sounds. I cautiously turned it back on and monitored CPU temp for a while they were rising but i popped my case off and it dropped to 54 and has stayed there. Thank you for the help I'm going to install windows and hopefully install all the drivers today.
