I will be busy with real life work in the near future and am looking for an active player who would like to become co-owner of the potion shop. The shop is in the center of the shopping district and has a lot of traffic, which helps make it pretty profitable.
I would also be willing to give access to my potion factory and cow farm (which has about 150-180 cows split into 6 chunks).
