I believe that you should not have to be 15 years of age to become helper. I feel like it is a good idea to have an age requirement for this, however, 15 seems too high. I think changing the age requirement to 13 or 14 years old would allow more people to apply for helper. I know some people might think that 13 or 14 year old staff would mean immature and irresponsible kids are running around causing chaos, but I am currently 13 and I feel like I am responsible and mature enough to fill the position of helper. However, just because I think I am mature and responsible does not mean I am. To some people I am helpful, kind, and respectful, to others I might seem immature and crazy. I think it all depends on what people know about you. To make sure you do not choose one of the immature and crazy kids you could add more to the helper application and get to know the applicant better. Please do not be offended by my suggestion of lowering the age requirement, it is just my opinion. If you would like please leave your opinion down below, I would love to read them.
