Application Replies.

The suggestion I had was for the accepting force, likely Meehan, to leave a full response as to why an application was or was not accepted. I have seen several applications that have seemingly positive responses, yet go without an actual answer as to whether or not they were accepted. This leaves no room to know if they should actually re-apply at a later time with a more refined application, and it gives no chance for them to be staff again. Most of the applications have good feedback from players as well, so it seems questionable as to why many were not accepted. It also does not offer any advice for what not to do when someone wishes to apply, so it's a bit of a hole for many.

I understand that the players might receive a private message as to why, but I still wish that these replies be available, unless it truly conflicts with personal reasons or reveals information that should not be known to the public. Please correct me if this is the case.
