So very soon a group of us plan on making and selling a large number of beautiful houses and property's and we think a forum page just dedicated to real estate would help us sell them and other people actual view the builds. This wouldn't just help us because a lot of people try and sell property. I just think that the builds and general discussions wouldn't be the appropriate place. Thanks.

I abstain from this vote.
While I agree that there's no specific forum area for this sort of suggestion, there's also other ways to advertise In-game server property. The few that I can think of is:
- Simply talking about it in chat.
- If you have a shop/plot, make a sign stating that X property is also being sold.
- Can notify people to wire potential customers to you, if other people see buyers in the game/chat while you're offline.
There's a relatively small percentile of people who sell builds, basically.
I also wouldn't know the side affects of having another forum category.

I think just making the posts in the builds section would be perfectly fine.... I don't really see a need for a sub form for that.
