Hi All, I have a feeling this may be the wrong place to ask, but it seemed the most appropriate? Long story short: I have a claim very close to me. The user hasn't been online in over 5months. Is there any chance I can "take over" the claim so that I can expand? Any help much appreciated! -Phleanix

What's in the claim? coords?
Is it a home or something that looks like a player spent some time on? If so i'd say no. If its just some random claim or looks like something maybe a starter built and left i think it'd be fine.

This is a nuisance that a lot of players aquire, including myself Unfortunately unless the player is perma-banned, they may eventually (although unlikely) log in one day, As Mark said if it's a proper build you will probaly just have to deal with it, however if it's a starter build you might be able with the help of a staff-member get the claim deleted and if any items there you may store in-case that player comes back. This is just how I see things

-549.396 / 69 / 556.138 Facing: West (Towards Negative X) The actual "Build" is raised a good 20 blocks up. I'd be more that happy to keep that build as is... but I'd like the ground space underneath if possible? (Meaning, I'd essentially just overtake their claim?) Edit: Adding Screenshots.

I trust you as a player, and I don't trust very many. You have been given the claim. You can have the ground area as long as the house thingy in the sky is untouched. happy building
